Lady Finger
Ladyfinger, also known as Okra, is a mallow family flowering plant with a green color. Its green seed pods are edible and can be eaten. Around the world, the plant is grown in tropical, subtropical, and warm temperate climates. The vegetable is 90% water, 2% protein, 7% carbohydrates, and has very little fat. It’s high in dietary fibre, vitamin C, and vitamin K, with thiamin, folate, and magnesium levels that are moderate.
