Soyabean
Soybean (Glycine max), often known as soja bean or soya bean, is an annual legume in the pea family (Fabaceae) that produces edible seeds. The soybean is the world’s most significant bean in terms of economic importance, giving vegetable protein to millions of people as well as components for hundreds of chemical goods. The soybean is one of the richest and cheapest sources of protein, and it is a staple in many people’s and animals’ diets across the world. The seed is 17 percent oil and 63 percent meal, with 50 percent protein. Soybeans are a fantastic source of protein for diabetics since they contain no carbohydrate.
